JCS Realty takes pride in making sure all our tenants have the best experience possible at their homes. To communicate your concerns to our Maintenance Technician quickly and efficiently, we have two ways you can submit your requests: submit a maintenance request from our website, or call our 24-hour maintenance call center at (870) 627-3630!
You can submit a maintenance request online by going to our website and logging into your personal tenant portal. From there, you can include a description of the issues you are experiencing, pictures of any damages, and the best times to contact you. If you prefer to speak to someone in person, our helpful office staff is always standing by, and happy to handle your needs anytime Mon-Fri from 9:30-5:00. If we're spending time with our families and are not able to be in the office, you will still be able to contact our 24-hour Maintenance Call Center. In the event a representative from our office staff is unable to come to the phone, feel free to leave a brief message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
