Downtown Jonesboro BBQ & Music Festival 2018

Hey Jonesboro, You’re an All-Star!  

Every Fall when the breezes become slightly more chilly and the leaves begin to change, a cornucopia of stage lights, BBQ smoke, downtowners, and music flood the streets of Downtown Jonesboro for a weekend full of food, fun, and fresh air.  

The 10th Annual Jonesboro Advertising and Promotion Commission’s Downtown Jonesboro BBQ and Music Festival kicked off Friday, September 28th boasting two nights worth of entertainment at the Ritter Communications Stage from music headliners FUEL, Smashmouth and Whyte Caps.  In addition to local food trucks and community vendors lining the streets of downtown, the Festival also hosts the Kansas City Barbecue Society-sanctioned Arkansas State Championship offering more than $10,000 in cash and prizes for the best tasting barbecue one can create.  

Every year, the Jonesboro Advertising and Promotion Commission works tirelessly to ensure the Downtown Jonesboro BBQ and Music Festival experience evolves into a more profound event than in the years prior.  This continued dedication to innovation (and the fact that the festival is free to the public) keeps Jonesboro residents eagerly awaiting its arrival.
