Caleb grew up in Northeast Arkansas after moving from Omaha, Nebraska,

at the age of three. He graduated from Arkansas State University with

a degree in Science and spent several years at Syngenta, where he

served as a quality manager and research analyst focused on process

efficiency and operational oversight. He joined JCS Realty in April

2025, bringing that same analytical discipline to property

maintenance.

As Director of Property Maintenance, Caleb oversees the day-to-day

upkeep and long-term condition of every property in the JCS Realty

portfolio. His quality-management background means nothing gets past

the details; he uses data to stay ahead of repairs, coordinate

vendors, and keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Caleb

is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys deer and duck hunting, spending

summer weekends at the lake, and cheering on Arkansas State and Ole

Miss athletics. He lives in Jonesboro with his black lab, Kona.
