Prudence moved to Jonesboro in 1995 after nearly a decade in California, drawn home to be closer to family. She owned and operated a local business and worked as an office administrator for a Jonesboro real estate firm before earning her license in 2015 and joining the JCS Realty team in residential sales.

Prudence works primarily with residential buyers and sellers across Northeast Arkansas, including first-time home buyers, sellers, and investors, and is comfortable across other property types when the situation calls for it. Her approach is client-first: she focuses on understanding her clients' goals before anything else, treats every transaction as a major life decision, and prioritizes clear communication and honesty so her clients feel confident every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, thrifting, gardening, and golf.
