Margaret LeBlanc is a Walnut Ridge native who returned to Northeast
Arkansas to be closer to family. A U.S. Army veteran, Margaret comes
from a long line of family military service. She spent twelve years as
a property manager for affordable-income housing apartments before
joining JCS Realty in October 2022.
As Property Manager, Margaret handles the day-to-day operations of JCS
Realty’s managed portfolio. Her work covers tenant work orders and
weekly maintenance coordination, vendor follow-through, owner payouts,
and the property files and inspection records that keep the portfolio
organized. What she values most is the team she works with and the
people who call JCS Realty’s properties home. Outside of work,
Margaret enjoys traveling across Arkansas, watching her granddaughter
play softball and her grandson play baseball, and spending time with
family and friends.
