Marlette, a long-time resident of Jonesboro, AR, came to work for JCS Realty when her son Cole Stevenson first opened the doors back in 2014.  Both a travel enthusiast and a graduate of Arkansas State University, she worked the majority of her career for Abbot Laboratories after getting her start here in Jonesboro with local hospitals. 

As the Director of Accounting for JCS Realty, it is Marlette’s responsibility that all of our tenant accounts are updated, that billing is accurate, and that you have a trusted individual to which your billing questions can be directed.  In addition to maintaining the accuracy of records, Marlette runs the rental applications and occasionally helps with customer service.
