Marlette Stevenson is a Jonesboro lifer with deep family roots in Brookland, where her parents and grandparents came from. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Arkansas State University and got her start in hospital and clinic laboratories in Jonesboro before spending the majority of her career training clients for Abbott Laboratories. She has been with JCS Realty since the firm opened its doors in 2014.

Marlette runs the firm's accounting function. She oversees tenant rent posting, owner billing, and owner payouts, and balances and reconciles all accounts firm-wide. She is dedicated to keeping records accurate and serves as the point of contact for owners, tenants, and clients on accounting matters, whether that means walking through an owner statement, producing a special report, or sorting out a billing question. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, travel, golf, gardening, art, and staying active.
