Cole Stevenson is the founder, Principal Broker, and owner of JCS Realty. A Jonesboro native, born and raised, he earned his real estate license during his second year of college and began his career at John White Realty, working on commercial transactions, development, and commercial leasing while completing his finance degree at Arkansas State University. He later moved his license to Exit Realty in residential sales and property management, attended ATP Flight School after college, and in October 2014 he founded JCS Realty in his hometown.

Cole leads JCS Realty's sales practice with a focus on residential, agricultural, and investment property work across Northeast Arkansas. With more than 17 years of active experience, he brings the perspective of a finance-trained operator who runs the firm as an owner rather than a hired manager, an active investor's command of valuation and underwriting, and the advantage of in-house licensed contractor capability that gives clients direct access to construction insight most brokerages outsource. His approach is to give clients the same advice he would give himself if he were on their side of the table: clear, direct, and focused on the long-term outcome. Outside of work, Cole enjoys hunting, golf, tennis, aviation, and time on the lake. He and his wife, Whitney, live in Jonesboro with their family and two dogs.
